How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with tracking
information so you can track your package's progress. You can also log into
your account to check the order status.
Can I cancel or update my order?
We process orders quickly to get your Nishi Pearls to you as soon as possible. If
you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us immediately. If the
order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I apply a coupon code to an order?
To apply a coupon code, enter the code at checkout in the "Discount Code" box. The discount will be applied automatically before you complete your payment.
Will I be charged any extra taxes or duties?
Canada: Taxes are included in the price of your items and will be applied at checkout based on the province of the shipping address.
United States: For shipments to the United States, please note that duties are not included in the price. If applicable, duties will be assessed by customs and charged separately.
International Orders: Your shipment may incur duties and taxes that you will be responsible for. Please note that Nishi Pearls does not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please be aware that we are not able to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Refused Shipments: If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently, we do not offer in-store pick-up. However, we’ll make sure your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible with the best available shipping options. We operate solely online and our headquarters in Montreal, QC, does not accommodate visits for shopping, returns, exchanges, or repairs.
Can my order be redirected?
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to the delivery address. If you need to redirect your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number, and they may be able to assist with rerouting.

General Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. To start your return please send an email to info@nishipearls.com mentioning your name, order number, address, and the item to be returned. Don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s a specific reason for the return that we can help or assist with.
Return Charges
Upon acceptance of your return, our team will issue a prepaid return label for Canada and U.S. returns. Please be aware that a return postage fee of $10 to $15 will be deducted from your refund, depending on the sender address. For returns from all other countries, customers are responsible for shipping the items back once the return request is approved by our team.
Receiving your Return
Upon arrival of your returned shipment at the Nishi Pearls atelier, please allow 1-2 weeks for its processing. Our team will email you once we have processed your return and refunded your original method of payment.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, once our team has assessed the piece. Please note that it can take up to 5-10 business days for refunds to appear back on your credit card or PayPal account.v
Exclusions
Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange/refund.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. All returns must be shipped back within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Are items bought outside your website eligible for returns?
Items purchased through authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer directly and are subject to the retailer’s return policy. Items purchased directly from Nishi Pearls can only be returned to us.
What is the exchange policy?
If you need to exchange an item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to contact us. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn and with all packaging intact. Please note that our exchange policy only applies to items purchased directly from our website and not through third-party sellers. To initiate an exchange, email our customer service with your order number. We only accept items that are in new condition; damaged or altered items cannot be exchanged. Once we receive your item, allow 7-10 business days for processing. While you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, we will cover the shipping for the new item. Exchanges are dependent on item availability, and if the item you want is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
What if I don’t have my order number or receipt? Can I still return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return or exchange an item but don't have your order number or receipt, please contact our customer service team to provide any information you can about your purchase, such as the email address used during checkout, the date of purchase, and product details. We will attempt to locate your order in our system. However, if we are unable to verify the purchase details, we cannot proceed with the return or exchange.
Can I return a gift received from your brand?
Yes, you can return a gift. Please contact our Customer Service team with the order number or the purchaser’s details to initiate a return. An exchange or store credit will be issued upon successful return of the item, provided it meets our return conditions.

Can I request a custom piece?
We are pleased to accommodate requests for customizations such as changes in the length of jewelry and variations in pearl type. However, please note that our ability to modify designs is limited. If you have specific requirements or ideas, we encourage you to contact our customer service team to discuss your customization options and see how we can best meet your needs.
How do I determine ring size?
To determine your ring size, you can use a printable ring sizer to measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well. Alternatively, wrap a string around your finger, mark where it meets, measure the length, and compare it to a ring size chart. For the most accurate measurement, consider visiting a jeweler who can use specialized tools, or try a ring size app on your smartphone that estimates size based on your camera or a comparison to an existing ring. Measure your finger when it's at normal body temperature for the best fit.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your pearl jewelry looking its best, store each piece separately to prevent scratches. Avoid contact with chemicals, and gently clean your jewelry using a soft cloth. How do I use my polishing cloth?
Use the polishing cloth provided with your purchase to gently wipe your jewelry after each wear. This will remove any oils or residues and help maintain the metal's shine.
Warranty & Repairs
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement of items found to have manufacturing defects but does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear. If you experience issues with a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
How do I repair an item outside of the warranty?
If your item requires repair outside of our warranty period, or for damages not covered by our warranty, we offer repair services at a reasonable cost. Please contact our customer service with details of the damage, and we will provide you with an estimate of the repair cost and further instructions.
Do you offer restringing services?
Yes, Nishi Pearls offers restringing services for our pearl jewelry. Whether your item is within the warranty period or not, you can send it to us for professional restringing. Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Each Nishi Pearls order comes beautifully packaged in a magnetic box, complete with a travel pouch, cleaning cloth, and care instructions. For the ultimate gift presentation, we recommend adding a gift bag, available for purchase in your cart. Simply select the gift bag option from the dropdown menu under the 'Is this a gift?' tab while reviewing your items, where you can also include a personalized note, which our team will handwrite with
care.
If you'd like any items packaged separately within your shipment, please let us know by leaving an order note.
