We offer 30-day returns for customers from the day the shipment is delivered.

Return requirements:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items must be in all original packaging (box, and pouch included)

Return Fee:

• North America orders: A return label will be provided with an approximate fee of 10-15$, deductible from your refund amount. 
• International orders: You are responsible for shipping the items back.

We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewelry made to last. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of original purchase for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry. Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party.

Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of NishiPearls.com) are not covered under Nishi Pearls’ warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
